In this assignment students were asked to imagine themselves as young adults, living in their dream homes, and what that might look like. We talked about castles, mansions, the White House, beach houses, farms, ranches, and guest houses. The students were given an assortment of patterned and solid colored paper, as well as patterned fabric, all from my personal collection from sewing and collaging as a professional artist. The results made me proud.
